Homemade pasteli.

You can make it at home:
You need sesame and honey. The more sesame you use the firmer (crunchier) will it be. If you prefer it softer, just add more honey.
Here we go…
1.    Boil the honey for 10-15 minutes and skim it. Reduce heat to low and simmer for a while. Add the sesame and stir.
2.    As soon as it is ready, remove it.
3.    Put parchment paper on a tray and empty the mixture on it.
4.    Use a wet rolling pin to make it as thick as you want.
5.    After it cools down a little bit, use a knife to cut it to pieces and let it cool in room temperature.
6.    Separate the pieces and keep them in a cool place.
