Honey serving tips


Being a child or not, you can enjoy honey’s smooth taste and nutritional advantages in various ways. There are some suggestions:

  •  Dilute it in milk or tea. Beware the beverages temperature to be medium. Hot destroys a lot of honey’s water soluble vitamins.
  • Spread it over wholegrain bread, waffles or crepes replacing chocolate toppings that offer no micronutrients.
  • Dilute it itself, by heating and replace the sugar while baking or the glucose syrup when preparing cold coffees or sorbets.
  • Mix it with wholegrain cereal, nuts and tahini, cut into various shapes and serve, after having left the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. There you go! A healthy, crunchy sweet treat!
