The natural way to create authentic products.


The fruits are chosen always in season and if the month change, we wait anxiously for the next year for the new crop.

The materials we are using are selected one by one and the preparation of our dishes is made with the same reverence that we learned from our grandmothers.
When we are happy, the sweet blend more easily and the dough inflates quickly.

The jars are sterilized and pasteurized in the same traditional way and the use of newly bred chemical conservatives  are unknown to us. The best preservatives are in the nature: Lemon, salt, wine, sugar, honey.
