Cheese:
Greece used to be a predominantly live stocking country. This may be the reason
that almost every district around the country –even the islands- produces a
special type of cheese. Due to the uniqueness of the local production, twenty-one
of them have certified as “protected designation of origin” (PDO =protected
designation of origin). Visitors are mostly familiar with Feta cheece, graviera
from Crete or Naxos and Katiki Domokou. If you have ever tasted them, this
taste will follow you forever!

Oh yeah, love me some FETA! And kasseri, kefalotyri, graviera....
ΑπάντησηΔιαγραφήThey are all great cheeses. Make no mistake, the original FETA is only the Greek one.
